Discover Coba Ruins + Bicycles in the Jungle + Mayan Crafts Market (optional shopping stop) + The Underground Cenotes Snorkeling + Tasty Lunch + Fastest Routes + Free Photos

My Coba & Cenotes Private Tour

Simply the best Private Tour of Coba & Cenotes: discover the ancient temples immersed in the Mayan Jungle and explore the Underground Cenotes.

During this Coba & Underground Cenotes adventure we combine two highlight destinations in The Mayan Riviera. Because this is a perfectly crafted jungle experience, you will amaze yourself while discovering ancient ruins, riding a bicycle in the green jungle and snorkeling in one of the most beautiful Underground Cenotes in The Riviera Maya.

All of these activities will be perfectly conducted away from the main crowds and away from the big tour buses, always trying to escape the heat.

Inside the archeological site of Coba, the main Mayan temples are located deep in the jungle. We will provide a Mayan taxi ride or single bicycle rentals to explore this vast site and its large network of limestone roads called sacbés.

After exploring Coba Ruins we will take you to our favorite Underground Cenote: a flooded network of limestone caves with crystalline fresh water surrounded by raw nature. Your personal tour guide will guide you through a relaxing snorkeling session, explaining you how the Yucatan Peninsula was formed thousands of years ago while you are swimming in the largest underground river system on earth. How cool is that!?

Are you also a foodie?

Before this adventure gets to an end, we would like to share some local food with you, at one of our favorite local spots. Enjoy the authentic flavors of a delicious Mexican lunch.

Let’s wrap this up!

My Coba & Cenotes Private Tour offers you the perfect blend of local experiences, mixing history, culture and nature in one perfect day. If you love outdoor activities and authentic adventures away from the crowds, this will become the highlight of your trip!

PLEASE NOTE: Climbing the Nohoch Mul pyramid is not longer allowed. You can get really close to most of the temples in Coba. In some of them you can walk across or even climb a few steps. If you don’t feel like riding a bicycle, a Mayan Taxi will pedal you around the site, we include this special service in all our Coba adventures. Nohoch Mul is the main structure at Coba. This 42 meter (138 feet) structure is the tallest in The Riviera Maya.
